Abstract
"Nursing Management is one of complex duty that nursing manager should bring, in order to plarming, organizing, directing, also monitoring all sources such as human resource, instnnnent and also fund to give effective nursing service in patients, herthis fiunily and also community. Good relationship between hospital and it's employee needed to avoid Wlwanted condition like lowering of accupation or further willingness to resign (turnover intentions). This study was aimed to identify turnover intentions among nurses in Adi Husada Hospital, exclusively in Interne Ward used explorative descriptive study, in which the population consisted of all nurses in interne ward. Total sample was 19 respondents. The variable was independent variable consist five step of turnover intentions process in nurses. Data were collected by using close and open questionnaire and modify based on Abelson's theory. Collected data showed that there were few respondent that follow all the five step of turnover process. Age, period of work, marital status, husband's job also influence the willingness to do turnover process. Older person think twice before they decided to resign, because they assumed they will have many rival with younger age if they plan to apply to a new job. Person who had work for more than 8 years didn't want to do turnover because they felt comfort with their job right now. Single person thought they must search any other job that fit to their opinion as many a possible before get married. And person which husband didn't work for government or choosed enterpreneur felt that she must get better job than their husband, because they thoughther husband didn't have an establish job. While gender and education did'nt have spesific effect on turnover process. Meanwhile there were person which passed all the process and the rest weren't . It can be concluded that someone in RS Adi Husada who had willingnes to turnover not always passed all the five of turnover process instead some steps. Increasing quality of nursing service, human source development, attempting employee's wellness espsecially nurses must be apply in RS Adi Husada to avoid dissatisfaction of employers among institution and reduce wellingness to do turnover that can affect hospital's services."
