Abstract
Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit infeksi khronis kadang-kadang dapat pula berjalan secara progresif, yang disebabkan oleh organisme patogen dari genus Mylcobacterium dan ditandai dengan pembentukan lesi-lesi granuloma yang disebut tuberkel . Organisme ini berbentuk batang , bersifat tahan asam dan Gram positif .
