Abstract

Protein Energy Malnutrition (PEM) is main problem that occurred on under five years on the babies in Indonesia. Most of PEM prevention has been done by health service at Mojo Public Health Center, but mother's behaviour providing suplement for under five years PEM was unknown. The aim of the research to analyze the influence of increasing family health service model influence mother's behaviour providing suplement for under five years PEM. This research is an action research type pra experimental, with design the pre test - post test design. Population of this research is entire mother who have baby with PEM ages under five years at Mojo Public Health Center, which fulfilling criteria inclusion total 9 person. Sample of this reseach total 9 respondent by non probability sampling, type purposive sampling technique. Independent variable in this research is increasing family health service model and dependent variable is mother's behaviour providing suplement for under five years PEM. Producers of data collecting using questionnare to identify knowledge and attitude, also observation to identify respondent's reaction. Analysis which is used in this research is Wilcoxon statistic rank test with aS 0,05, when p Sa then H1 as accepted, it means there are difference between before and after giving treatment. Result of the research it could be maintened increasing family heath care model's influence toward knowledge changes with p = 0,010; attitude p = 0,011 ; and practice p = 0,007. This result of research can be included that increasing family health service model affected toward increasing mother's behaviour providing suplement for under five years PEM. Furthermore need to be done research about influence Posyandu's cadre toward mother's behaviour providing suplement for under five years PEM.
