Abstract

Bahan-bahan atau informaei mengenai kehidupan sosial pelaku delik yang disusun oleh Balai BISPA merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hakim dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana di bawah umur berdasarkan pasal 45 KUHP.
