Abstract

Odema ialah keadaan pathologis yang ditandai oleh adanya penimbunan cairan secara berlebiha·n di dalam jarin~ an inters tisiel. Disebabkan ada gangguan _dalam mekanisme pertukaran cairan tubuh antara pembuluh kapiler,jaringan inters tisiel,dan pembuluh limfe. Beberapa tipe edema lain nya,t e rj a di sehubungan dengan adanya retensi natrium di da l a m tubu h, o l c h b c rbaeai kea dao n pathologis. Untuk pen e oba t 3n edema biasanye di pakai preparat di . - uretik,mel a lui e f ek diures isnya . Efek ini cukup ideal,sebab disampin~ men ingk a tkan jumla h volume urine,juga mempe~ besar ekskresi se j umlah ele ktroli t y,;1 ng · _terlarut di dalam urine,sehingga da pat memperc e pat persembuhan edema • Kar~ na diuresis itu ·aiperoleh d e ng an mek a nisme yang berlainan oleh setiap j e~is diuretik,dan pengaruhnya terhadap beber~ pa organ tubuh s ela in ginjal. Hendaknya pemberian diuretik perlu di-pertimbangkan terlebih dahulu,torutama harue berpedom a n padl.l kou c n J) rime r ede ma. Jika hF.11 ini tidak dipor hatikan dapa t mc ru gikan. pasien. Efek s a mping penggunaan d! uretika antara lain: hypokalemia,hyperurisemia,hyperkalsemia, hyp erkalemia, dehydrasi,hemokonse ntrasi. Sehingga deng an de mikia n tidalt s em u a prepa rat diure tik dapat dipakai secara a ma m untuk pengobatan semua ti~e edema.
