Abstract
The purpose of the experiment was to know the histopathological changes of catfish (Clarias gariepinw) intestine infected by Aeromonas hydrophila in different doses of infection. The reason of catfish ( Clarias gariepinus) death was Motile Aeromonas Septicaemia disease that caused by Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria with the main symptom was red spot on the skin. The catfish was infected by I ml Aeromonas hydrophila orally through different doses, 3xl05ce1J/ml, 3x106cell/ml, 3xl07cell/ml respective, after the catfish was adapted for 3 days. On the ,,. day, the catfish was dissected and found a yellowish ascites fluid that makes the abdomen swollen, red spot on skin surface. The data was from scoring of viii intestine damage and it was analized by SPSS 16 programe. The histopathology of catfish intestine found ruptured viii and hemmoraghic in every dose except in control. In dose of l07cell/m1 the damage found ulceration in viii intestine.
