Abstract

This study concerns focuses on the students' learning process in structure class. This may affect the scores of the tests. The study basically depends upon the theories of Second Language Leaming, Teaching Methodology, Individual Difference, and Teacher roles. In the process of data collection, the writer firstly conducted the pre test, then did an observation, and conducted the post test. For further information, she did an interview with the teacher and the students. In analyzing the data, she used Pearson' correlation coefficient, and it was found that the variables between students' learning process and their scores are correlated. It means that the null hypothesis is rejected, while the research hypothesis is accepted. In interpreting the result, the writer suggests that some factors may influence the result they are : course book, lesson plan, teaching method, individual differences, and practice effect.
