Abstract

Cervical carcinoma represent ferocity which many woman with unfavourable prognosa. Acceptance phase expressed with denial, angry bergaining, depression, and acceptance. Target of this research is to analyse relationship between applying of therapeutic communications component with acceptance phase of cervical carcinoma patients At Obstetry and Gynecology Ward RSU Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Design used in this research was Cross Sectional. The population was cervical carcinoma patients at Obstetry and Gynecology Wards Dr Soetomo Hospital Surabaya. Total sample was all of population. Data were then analyzed using Spearman Rho with p < 0,05. Relationship analysis showed a significant relationship between applying of communications component of terapeutik with acceptance phase of patient of cervical carcinoma with p : 0.000 and degree of correlation of r = 0,906. It means that progressively goodness applying of good communications component progressively also phase acceptance of patient of cervical carcinoma
