PO as a control group, received NaCI physiology 0.2 ml intravaginally, and PI was infected by IxI03 of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites. Eight days post infection, mice sacrificed and the uterus of all mice were collected for histopathological slide processing for further observation. Each of the histopathological slides of mice (Mus musculus) uterus stained by Hematoxylin and Eosin staining. Collected data for histopathological changes were analyzed descriptively. The result showed that infiltration of inflammatory cells were the most dominant changes in PI group. In conclusion, Toxoplasma gondii caused infiltration of inflammatory cells, epithelial erotion and ulceration had been prove with histopathologycal changes and was founded the tachyzoites in endometrium.
