Abstract

Rekapitulasi untuk capaian kebutuhan KB tidak terpenuhi (Unmet Need) tahun 2021 yakni 9,73% yang berarti pencapaiannya masih diatas target yang telah di tentukan, jadi kinerjanya belum optimal karena target Kontrak Kinerja Pemerintah (KKP) untuk kebutuhan KB tidak terpenuhi (Unmet Need) tahun 2021 adalah 7,36. Tidak tercapainya Kebutuhan KB tidak terpenuhi (Unmet Need) di Jawa Timur tahun 2021 disebabkan masyarakat Indonesia masih menganut sistem budaya partiarki, dimana suami memiliki kendudukan yang paling tinggi di rumah tangga dan apapun keputusan yang akan di buat istri harus melalui pendapat suami terlebih dahulu dan pengetahuan sumber daya manusia yang masih rendah juga berpengaruh besar dalam istri menentukan alat kontrasepsi serta pengaruh dari lingkungan pasangan usia subur juga memiliki penting untuk memilih alat kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan.
