Abstract

"Research conducted with the aim of: (1). layer chicken fann analyzed independently in the district Trawas, Mojokerto that are fInancially viable, (2). analyze the fmancial feasibility of a large group of fanners to be developed, (3). analyze the fmancial feasibility of fanners groups is to be developed. research method used is the method of the survey on 8 ranchers. Lying hens in the district Trawas, Mojokerto. How data calculations menstratafIkasi or classify the sample into two based on the scale of business. Data analysis using Structural Equation Methods with an alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS). Financial analysis by calculating the Average Rate of Return (ARR), Net Present Value (NPV), B / C Ratio, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Overall fInancial analysis in all groups of fanners in the district Trawas laying hens, Mojokerto still viable for business development. fInancial analysis of the results obtained in a large group of ARR of 34.94%, NPV of Rp 507,077. 764; B / C Ratio of 1.462, and IRR of 38.82%. results obtained in the group was 32.72%, NPVofRp 262,516,429; B / C Ratio of 1.672, Dann IRR of 37.45%."
