Abstract
The alm of this study was to measure the level of protem edible-nest swiftlet and linchi swiftlet nest from swiflet house farming on Sidayu-Gresik. This study was belong to descriptive-explorative and it's sample was taken using with non random sampling (pwpose). The level of protein was measured with semi mikro Kjeldhal Marcam Steel method.
