Results showed that the antibacterial ability of bacteriocin produced by Pediococcus pentosaceus. Scoring results on the use of CMT after bacteriocin showed a decrease in the incidence of sub clinical mastitis compared with before the use of bacteriocin, the decline was also accompanied by high rates of reductase. The conclusion of this research is administration of bacteriocin effective to prevent case of sub-clinical mastitis against the California Mastitis Test and reductase test
