Abstract

"This research aims to investigate the feasibility of the broiler poultry business evaluated from facet of fmansial, risk of finansial of the broiler poultry enterprise and influence of price change of carcass and feed to earning of farmer. Analysis the used is production cost structure analysis, revenue, advantage, financial, risk financial anad sensitivity. 'The result of research show that average of result in one year at scale I used production cost equal to Rp. 1 72.638.650 and also clean advantage which obtained equal Rp.48.247.419, at scale of II used production cost equal Rp. 222.655.758 and clean advantage which obtained equal Rp.158.964.949 , at scale III used production cost equal Rp. 329.096.093 and clean advantage which obtained equal Rp. 191.115.574. The result of analysis of financial show that at scale of I obtained by result of ARR equal to 77,82%, NPV equal to Rp. 82.882.074, B/C Ratio 2,50 and PP equal to I year 18 days. At scale of II ARR equal 182%, NPV equal Rp.369.503.627, B/C Ratio 5,76 and PP equal to 4 month 24 day and than at scale of III ARR 158%, NPV Rp.428.640.413, B/C Ratio 4,97 and PP equal to 6 month. Pursuant to analysis of financial as awhole that at all group member scale farmer of the broiler poultry farner of double K relationship husbandrystill feasible to be developed by its enterprise. The result of risk analysis of financial show that a scale I obtained by result of OER equal to 56,82%, CR equal to 1,20, DAR 59,40""10, ROE 99,25%, ROA 88,10""10 and DCR 735,26% at scale of II OER equal to 38,21%, CR 1,26%, DAR 59,40%, ROE 232,81%, ROA 205,5% and DCR 1621%. At scale of III show result of OER 39,45%, CR 1,24%, DAR 57,25%, ROE 221,80""10, ROA 178,04% and DCR equal to 851%. Coefficient Variation of strata I equal to 32,8 with Down of Limit equal to Rp.16.544.399. at scale II Coefficient Variation equal to 8,72 with Down of Limit equal to Rp. 131.220.545 Coefficient Variation of strata III equal to 21,1 % with Down of Limit equal to Rp.110.388.446. The result of analysis of sensitivity show that at scale of I will experience of loss at condition happened increase of price of feed start 10% and when at the same time happened degradation of carcass start 15% or will happened at condition of price of feed go up 15% and followes by carcass go down to start condition of 10%. At scale of II and III not yet experienced of loss although happened increase of price of feed until 15% and when at the same time happened degradation of carcass until 15%."
