Abstract
Pasien terdiagnosa Diabetes Melitus tipe II dan dislipidemia 2. Status gizi pasien adalah overweight berdasarkan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) 3. Anamnesa energi dan zat gizi pasien: 1) Energi= 1870 kkal 2) Protein= 57 gram 3) Lemak= 75 gram 4) Karbohidrat= 275 gram 4. Keebutuhan gizi pasien, antara lain: 1) Energi= 1892,71 kkal 2) Protein= 56,78 gram 3) Lemak= 42 gram 4) Karbohidrat= 321,7 gram 5. Diet yang anjurkan adalah diet diet DM B 1900 kkal, rendah lemak, rendah kolesterol.
