Abstract
The aim of this research was to find out the effects of propolis on histopatological kidney mice (Mus musculus). This research used 25 male white mice which 12 weeks old and 25-35 gram of body weight, were devided randomly into five groups. (PO) as a control was given 0.5 m1 aquadest and CMCNa, and other group were given propolis 1.6mg/0.5ml/day (PI), 3.2mg/0.5ml/day (P2), 6.4mglO.5ml1day (P3) and 12.8mglO.5ml1day (P4). Remove for two weeks after treatment, 25 mice were sacrificed and their kidney were taken for histopatological preparation with H.E staining. Histopatological changes score was analized with Kruskal Wallis and Man Whitney Test. Result showed there was not significantly different (p>0,05) between treatment groups. It was also mean that propolis administration was not affected on mice kidney
