Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine histopathologically spleen of mice that intravaginally infected by Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites. Eighteen mice were divided in two groups. Mice in group I (PO) as control group and the other as treatment group (PI). Treatment group were infected by Toxoplasma gondii with doses infection lx!03 tachyzoites. Eight days after infection all mice were sacrificed. The spleens were removed and it were done the histopathologically preparation with Hematoxylin Eosin staining. The histopathologically data were descriped with description and diameter of white pulp were analyzed by student t test. The results showed that there were tachyzoites, infiltration of inflamation cell and cell death in spleen. The diameter of white pulp of spleen were no difference significant.
