Abstract
Pasien masuk rumah sakit dengan diagnosa medis Ca Mamae dengan rencana oprasi Masektomy. Pemeriksaan antropometri menunjukkan bahwa pasien memiliki status gizi normal. Diagnosis gizi yang ditegakkan adalah peningkatan kebutuhan energi dan protein serta penurunan berat badan yang tidak diinginkan dalam 2 bulan terakhir. Intervensi terapi gizi yang diberikan adalah diet TKTP 2100 Kkal. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terkait hasil lab, sisa makan dan berat badann pasien.
