Abstract
Social development is condition to describe the increase of child's world followed with increased skills and controls in physical, motorist, mental, and emotional witch suitable with the development a5pect. In these circumstances, if parents, nanny or people close to them have too much ottoriter discipline attitudes, it would bring great effect to the child's social development. Having too much ottoriter discipline attitudes make it hard for child to decide their social behavior in their intercourse or their relationship with other child. This condition creates the guilty feelings inside them. The objective of this research was to study the relationship between ojjicer attitudes in the day care center and the child's social development in toddler age witch took place in Yayasan Canda, Darma Asih's day care center, Pare Kediri. Design used in this research was analytical descriptive. Sample chooses in non-probability sampling technique and purposive type. Samples were I 5 officers and 15-toddler age's child in the day care center. Result of this research showed that the correlation between officer attitudes in the day care center and the social development of toddler age's child were meaningless, with significance level p = 0.22. This means that there was no correlation between officer attitude and the social development of toddler age's child. Based on this result, it is necessary to build a good interpersonal relationship between officer in the day care center and the toddler age's child in order to decrease their non-social attitudes.
