Abstract

Working condition in the Ofi811ization is anyd,iog Include in workina environment and can be felt by workers and Influence the behavior of workers. Working condition can affect motivation, performance and job satisfaction. Nursing care In hospitals is an Important determinant of quality service In hospital. It indicated by pasient safety Incidents at the hospital. A good working condition will increase work motivation of nurses in doing standard nursing care and impact the decrease of Incident related to patient safety. This study was a descriptive analytic study. Samples were 30 nurses who work at Inpatient unit taken by purposive sampling. First variable was working condition, collected using questionnain, according to Litwin & Meyer theory. Second variable was implementing of patient safety that measured by International JCI implementation of Pasient Sqfety Goal The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic. The results showed that working condition in Inpatient unit at Muhammadiyab Hospital was good (conducive). It was shown by the value of six dimension that above the average value. It also fuund that only SO% patient safety that implemented, it showed that implementation of patient safety was still low. It can be conclused that working condition inpatient room at Muluunmadiyab hospital Lamongan was good but the implementation of pasient safety is still low. Further study should study about the correlation, between working condition and implementation of patient safety.
