Abstract

The achievement of increasing of nurse performance by training of exercise ECG test has expected to be attained, because performing training of exercise ECG test can add knowledge, refinement of attitude and skill of nurse. This research was aimed to check how far influence of training of exercise ECG test to increase nurse's competency. The research was using pre post test with a group (one-pra test-post test design) and the population of this research was 13 nurse's of OPD RSSL Independent variabel in this research was training of exercise ECG test, and the dependen variable was attainment of nurse performance. Data coiJecting was through observation and questionnaire on OPD's nurse RSSI before and after doing of training of exercise ECG test, then the data was analize doing by using Wilcoxon test with degree of significance p= 0,05. The result showed attainment of cognitive domain p = 0,021, affective domain p = 0,022 and psychomotoric domain p = 0,01 0. There was influence of exercise ECG test training toward increasing of nurses performances. Based on image of to considered necessary for RSSI for continuously perform a training of exercise ECG test that can increase and will be increase services to the client optimally.
