Abstract

The aimes of this study was to produce hMG from the urine of women postmenopausal and to evaluate the influence of hMG extraction (as raw material) glycoprotein molecule underwent hMG after elution from SDS-PAGE in the onset of cleavage embryo of bovine in vitro. Urine samples were collected from postmenopausal women hMG from the urine of the 30 postmenopausal wome11 was confirmed with the 30 kDa molecular weight glycoprotein characteristic. l- 2 ug/ml hMG extraction (as raw material) glycoprotein molecule underwent hMG after elution from SDS-PAGE hMG and 5 IU PMSG (pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotrophin) the onset of cleavage embryo 8 - 16 cells of bovine in vitro from 24 to 20 hours (p < 0.05).
