Abstract
Perception nurse stage of the role team quality control circle until now is not yet knowable and success the team in create standardization improvement of quality is not yet optimal. The success of team is happen by expantion from knowledge and skill (formal-nonformal) about it concept quality control circle via training and have supported by leader. The objective of this study was to analysis perception nurse stage of the role team quality control circle in Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya. Yes or no correlation knowledge stage perception nurse.
