Abstract

A women acception to menopause periods is vary because of estrogen and progesteron hormons concentration decreases which could cause a few of symptoms especially anxiety problem that regarded as emotional reaction to the menopause women. This problem including a sense of scared / fear that she can't fulfilled her husband sexual necessities. This research designated to find out the impact of giving infonnation to anxiety rate. This research used quasi experimental research design. Sampel was picked from menopause women which qualified to the inclusion in Navy Hospital Dr. Ramelan Surabaya with the sample number of 30 people. Sample selected using sample purposive technique. Data processing use wilcoxen test with a meaning rate 0,05 that resulted significance rate to the group of treatment pre and post knowledge rate 0,001 and the anxiety rate of 0,05. ln the kontrol group the pre and post knowledge rate is 0,564 and to the anxiety is 0,025. This research's result shows that there's an impact between healthy information and anxiety rate. Giving healthy inform:ition process could minimalized anxiety to the menopause woman. Thus it could decresed anxiety rate that caused by menopause problt!m
