Abstract

This study had five purposes. The first purpose was to research the influence of the human resources on farmer profit. The second purpose was to research the influence of planning on farmer profit. The third purpose was to research the influence of caging system on farmer profit. The fourth purpose was to research the influence of caring system on farmer profit. The fifth purpose was to research financial scale and analyze the break even point of rat farming. The research method used in this study was the survey method. Data was collected by direct observations and interviews. The research design of this study was conclusive as it described each changer to get activities view of the human resources, planning, caging system, caring system, and production performance, and to connect between the changer, and to proved the hypothesis in order to examine its significancies. The business analysis of rat farming was measured by income, profit, break even point, benefit cost ratio (B/C Ratio), and Payback Period (PP). The results of this research show that the good human resources influence good planning, good planning influence good caging system, good caging system influence good caring system, good caring system influence good production performance, good production performance means good income for farmer. The Hypothesis that rat farming was worth to do was proved.
