Abstract

Sectio Caesar is a surgery to give birth to a fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterus. After surgery, early mobilization is an irnportant factor in accelerating post-surgical recovery and can prevent post-surgical complications. Mobilize represent ability of someone to make a move freely is, easy, regular, having a purpose to fulfill requirement of healthy life, and important for independence. This study used cross sectional design. The population is all patient with sectio Caesar operate in merpati obstetrics room dr Soedono Hospital. The sample was 20 respondents, selected by using consecutive sampling. The independent variable are knowledge and attitude , and the dependent variable is behavior of action mobilization early. Spearmen correlation test results obtained rho value p = 0.000 with a correlation coefficient of 0.865, which means there is a strong relationship between knowledge and attitudes of patients. Furthermore, the correlation test results obtained value p = 0.000 with a correlation coefficient of 0.723, which means there is a strong relationship between knowledge and action early mobilize patients. And the results of correlation test results obtained p = 0.003 with a 0.632 correlation koefisian which means there is a strong relationship between attitudes and actions Early mobilization of patients post surgery with anesthesia Sectio Caesar SAB (Aracnoid Sub Block).). By this all initial hypothesis (Hi) is received. Health workers (midwives) who served in the obstetrics should always provide health education, especially regarding early mobilization in patients who would perform surgery patients Sectio Caesar and Caesar's post Sectio operation and observed directly and regularly about the actions of early mobilization of patients that can accelerate the healing process of patients .
