Abstract
"Pre surgery patients need infonnation that is essential to the operation went well. Patients pre operations increased stress and thus require appropriate information services required patient. The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap between the perceptions of patients with pre surgery patient expectations of nursing service operating pre infonnation. Research design in this research is done by using descriptive method with cross sectional design to examine the patient satisfaction infonnation service satisfaction pre surgery. Sample used in this study is the total sampling of all patients pre surgery.Variabel used in this study is that the infonnation gap is expected with that received. Collection using questionnaires given to patients pre surgery. From the analysis of between nursing service providing infonnation that is expected to have received services received gaps quality pre surgery patients have not in line with expectations, quality indicators are still in need of repair all aspects of realibility, assurance, tangable, emphaty, responsiveness. Nurses need to provide infonnation related to the operation that will be lived since the beginning of the patient in the hospital."
