Abstract

MTBS is combination from care and teraphy for child under five years old diseases. This combination about teraphy (kuratif), imunization, to give vitamine A, to value and make well breastfeeding method (preventif) and parents conseling (promotif). How to care and teraphy for child sick in home, give enough food and follow up. In the reality, much parents bring they child in the serious diseases ( especially pneumonia), so that the complication more increase. This research have purpose to known influence of use to MTBS for to find beginning pneumonia. Design of research in Cross Sectional. Sampel is all of spesific nurse with MTBS in Puskesmas Sedati SidoaIjo. Sum of samples are 13 respondent. Data connecting method is mUltiple regression with p ~ 0,05. Result of research discribe that research resulting with multiple regression, there is influence of known about MTBS for to find beginning pneumonia with p = 0.016, there is influence of spesific nurse with MTBS p = 0.047, there is influence of instrument with p = 0.015, there is influence of decision place work with p = 0.021, there is influence of total child under five years old diseases p = 0.021, and there is influence of parents conseling with p = 0.048. This research discribe that there is influence of use to MTBS for to find beginning pneumonia in Puskesmas Sedati Sidoarjo.
