Abstract

"Patien's satisfaction one of indicator from service satisfaction. Many patient complaint about satisfaction from hospital and service satisfaction. That's caused by lack of nursing service. The object are this of reseach was to axamine correlation between performance in nursing independen variables and service satisfaction patien's JAMKESDA in RSUD Dr. Soetomo? Surabaya, which served as dependen variable. This study used cross-sectional observational analytic design, with population were patient's hospitalized and nurse's. sample consisted of 11 patient's and 11 nurse's selected by purposive sampling. Data for patient's service satisfaction by quesioner and performance nursing by observation. Data were analized using spearman's rho correlation test with sigificance level ofp ~ 0,005. Result's of sperm an's rho correlation test reveated patient's satisfacton and performance nursing were good 15,38010, average 23,07% and bad 61,54% with significance level of 0,000 and coefficient correlation of 0,880. That's indicating a very high level of correlation. It can be concluded that there is correlation between performance nursing and service satisfaction patien's, and the correlation is very high. In which the higher the performance nursing, the higher the service satisfaction of the patien's."
