Abstract

"to be healing process of wound post laparatorni operation. The nurse as teamwork of medical care, who often interact with the patient must have more knowledge to do mobilitation optimal healing as them condition by approach, health education, so patinet and family would understood about objectives, do it early by themself, so that well must be quickly and short day care. The research that held on Januari to Maret 2002 at Dr. Soetomo's Hospital is purpose to known about relation of mobilitation and healing wound at roomF andG. The design of this research is cross sectional, the variabel measuring in one way of questioner to third days and simple observation to fifth days ot tenth days ot patient of healing or went to back. Number of sample is 30 sample, who chosen by non-probability sampling-purposive sampling type. The data are computer statistically to indentity the mobilitation to healing wound and aplication by chi-square test withp ~0,05. The result of fisher's exact test show that there is a significance influence of mobilitation (frecuency p = 0,011, the massenger p = 0,011, the metode p = 0,011, the intensity p = 0,000, and the fist time of mobilitation p = 0,003) to healing wound. So, all of the respondent are mobilititation (frequency, massenger, metode, intensity and fist time) to them. The conclusion of research expressed that there is significantly corelation between mobilitation and welling wound. Healing wound is not only influenced by mobilitation, but also from ohter factor at nutriton, age, imunology, hormonal, and at all."
