Analisa Sikap Profesional Perawat Sebagai Pelaksana Keperawatan (Care Giver).

Abstract
The quality of the nurses services become major for now and the future. One effort to develop nursing practice is by knowing the mean nurses profesionalism attitude in aplication. The research is a descriptive studies which using cross sectional design. The objectives is to know the degree of nurses profesionalsm attitude for : nurses inteffere to the patient, nurses respect to the patient, nurses empaty to the patient, nurses serious to the patient. Sample took from nurses who have 0111 Education bacground wich work in ward of Selong Lombok Timur Hospital. Sample choosen by nonprobability purposive sampling type and the sample size 38 nurses from total sample. The data get from questioner and chek list. The data is analyzed with computed statistically by statistic tes spearman correlation with significancy for p = s 0.05The result show that degree of nurses protesiona/ism attitude in Selong Lombok Timur Hospital are : 1) nurses inteffere to the patient 63.2% was good and 34.2% was fair, 2) nurses respect to the patient 65.8% was good and 31.6% was fair, 3) nurses empaty to the patient 44.7% was good and 52.6% was fair, 4) nurses serious to the patient 63.2% was good and 31.6% was fair. The relationship between the nursing practice and degree of nurses profesionalism attitude are : 1) nurses inteffere p = 0.000, 2) nurses respect p = 0.017, 3) nurses empaty p = 0.000, 4) nurses serious p = 0.003. A good nursing practice and nurses protesionalism attitude. there is a relationship between them.
