Abstract

Calculus is hard mass like formed stone alongside at vesica urinaria and can cause pain in bone, blood, gagging at vasica urinaria stream or infection. In its medication there are some way of that is operation, take medicine, and alternative treatment , from all that the way the most choice by patient is the way of alternative with herb drug is tempuyung, it need influence medicinize tempuyung herb to healing of calculus disease. Design used in this study was Pre Experiment (one group pre-post test design). The total sample were 12 patient calculus. The independent variable medicine herb tempuyung (Sonchus arvensis linn) and the dependent variable was to healing of calculus disease. The data was analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Rank test The Result Showed significan from 12 got responder people, pursuant to symptom from 12 responder that symptom which often emerge at calculus disease client is half ( 50%) fever, some of is small ( 16,67 %) pain in bone and hematuri, some of is small ( 8,33 %) infection and is queasy puking. Before given therapy medicinize calculus size measure tempuyung herb entirely ( 100%) there the stone(< 5 mm) and after given by therapy got entirely ( 100%) there no stone, data analysis with statistical Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with significance p= 0.002 ( 0.002<0.05). It can be conclude that tempuyung herb drug have been degrading or symptom sigh of calculus disease.From result of this research hence needing the existence of standard about herb drug and defined to society in order not to cost money which is many to cure
