Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the effect of giving milk which contains different potential linoleic acid to the recovery of artificial arthritis in rat (Rallus norvegicuswith hispathology observation according to scoring of the destruction in cartilages particular zones. This research has been usc 24 rat from Wistar strain that had 3 months old average and had been made arthritis by injecting its. with Freuld's Adjuvant. Hereafter its had given with 6 treatment. Kinds of treatment that has been given 10 arthritis rats mentioned above that is PO by way of control group without milk giving, P2 group (treated with milk giving contents with linoleic acid 0,621%). P2 group (treated with milk giving contents with linoleic acid 1,4800/0), P3 group (treated with milk giving content with linoleic acid 1.517%). P4 group (treated with milk giving contents with linoleic acid 2,104, and P5 group (treated with milk giving contents with linoleic acid 4.726%).Treatments of milk giving were oondllCled twice a day (a4libitum) thai wen: in the morning and evening. Afterwards rats said above be observed its histopathology description and seen microscopically. The data analyzed by using Kolmogorov-smimov test to see the homogeneity of data 50 that be able continued with one-way ANOVA, and to see the difference from every treatment continuing again by Duncan 5% test. Result indicated that the effect of giving milk that contains potential linoleic acid toward histopathology cartilages of metatarsal particular in rat lias meaningful (significant) difference of the treatment.
