Abstract

Activity is one of sign health. If some one attached by stroke they can”t do their activity fluently.If this conditions happened in the long time they can got physical defect. The purpose of this research is how the efektivity of practice range of motion of arm about strength of arm muscle in pasient with stroke at Dr. Soedono Hospital. The research kind is Pra Experimental with pre-post test design.Total sample eleven responden. Variable Independent is practice range of motion of arm, variable dependent is strength of arm muscle. In the Researc get 100 % in the old level Health Departemen of Republic Indonesia. Be based gender get 72,72% responden man and 27,27% woman. In the and research get mean muscle increase two level. . The research use statistic test wilcoxon signed rank test with level of meaning p < 0,05. In the wilcoxon signed rank test get it result is 0.04 the meaning is the research is signifikan.Certainly not put aside another factor what can support releave form stroke. For the research in the future is the realitionship family of role about revertion process ability of activity for the pasient with stroke.
