Abstract
Terminally kidney failed (TKF) is the decreasing of kidney's function that gone for years and unreversible. The therapy for TKF is heamodilaisis or kidney transplatation. In case of TKF patient, one of the organ's function that is not
working well would be the kidney. It would cause change of perception in his or her body. Working on haemodialisi swould be wasting time and many complication could make the patient of haemodialisis. Having psychology's disturbance, that are : role, body image, sexual activity and social activity. The purpose of this research is to identify what factor that influence the role and body
image to haemodialisis patient. The research's method is using descriptive design with cross sectional approach that is short observation. The respondents are chose using purposive sampling. There are 35 samples. Independent variable includes: education, job, age, marital status and procedure information. The collecting of data's method using quisioner and analyzed with logistic regretion test, with means level p ~
0,05. After analyzed using logistic regretion, education influence the role (p=O,016) and body image (p=O,015), job also influence role (p=O,002) and body
image (p=O,004), age does not influence the role (p=O,134) and body image (p=O,492), marital status influence the role (p=O,031) and body image (p=O,031) information does not influence role (p=O,068) but influencing in body image (p=O,O 12).
From the reserch, it shows that education, job, age, marital status and
prosedur information are interconnected with role and patient's self consept who
havw got haemodialisis. But there still are so much other factors that could
influence.
