Abstract
Clinical instructor is the effort in order to increase the student professional ability such (intellectual, technical and interpersonal) by the effort of integration in any concepts, theories and nursing principals to fulfill the base client needs in comprehensive way with pra intract phase, introducing phase, working phase, and termination. The performing of clinical training certainly base on knowledge applied in clinical training. Knowledge consider conribute applied in clinical training because it is become the essential domain to decide the behavior of person. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between clinical instructor knowledge level in clinical training and implementation of clinical training at Yohannes Hospital in Kupang City.
