Abstract

In the world, reward represent is very important component of its rulle justice principle in giving reward will influence perfonnance of care giver nursing at Reksa Waluya Hospital, nurse will lick lips if accepted reward according to res lt which had been done, and will experience of dissatisfaction when accepted reward disagree with its expectation. Pursuant to above mentioned problem, this research was aimed to study relation between reward system and job satisfaction level of care giver nursing at Reksa Waluya Hospital.
