Abstract
Avian Influenza can cause wide spectrum of zoonotic diseases because its character has a high proportion of pathogen that potentially brings severe disease outbreaks in birds and humans. Avian influenza virus can get into the cell,
replicate, spread on respiratory tract quickly, and cause damage to the organs and tissues at hospes multiorgans failure. The aim of present study was to find out the level of brain damage and pulmonary (mus musculus) which had been vaccinated by the reverse genetic of H5NI Avian Influenza after challenge test based on histopathology description. The result showed that group (P2), which was vaccinated with the egg based low-high pathogenic Reverse Genetic Vaccine of
Avian Influenza, showed a better result compared with group (P4) which was vaccinated with the cell based from the same vaccine and group which was vaccinated with the low-low pathogenic Reverse Genetic Vaccine of Avian Influenza from egg based (PI) and cell based (P3). H5NI virus derived from avian which can adapt well to the egg medium. It is related to the receptor of host origin adapted to the virus.
