Abstract

Therapeutic communications was an instrwnent for construction therapeutic relation between nurse and patient, because it forms of infonnation, opinion sharing, and emotional sharing which used for influence other people behavior. Cause of that the success of nursering interred that purpose to increase adaptive patient behavior that influenced by relation ship and communication between the nurse and patient. This experiment supposed to known the influence of therapeutic communications about bed rest with the patient bedient who had typhoid fever and to prevent complication and to make short nursering time The methodologies used experimental equations or a kind of pretest andposttest. This experiment used 30 clients for samples and the sampling get from consecutive sampling in staying observation patient who had thyfoid fever and symptom of thyfoid fever. The collecting data used systematic observations withquizoner and tested with statistics test. • The result showed that client without obedient behaviors 33,33% and after gived information the client who obedient 80%. The statistic test with t-test p=O,OO lower from meaning degrees P ~ 0,0 1. So it mean Ho was rejected and it tell us that it had significance influence with therapeutics cotntnunications about bed rest with the atient obedient who had th id fever. The researcher suggestions, its better make illumination and information earlyand with continuities even, so the client with thyfoid fever and the family had a better understanding. The increasing understanding will influence behaviors change or a positive obedient so can make easy to reach the goal such the plan.
