Abstract

Aging process that hapenned naturally and changes which takes some effect to el.derly life is an important thing to observe. Changes urinary syatem could cause some effect to complete elimination urine demand, it is not a nonnal consequently elder. One way in order to maintain health condition of elderly and maintain adequate elimination urine requirement is to do kegle practice. As a describe from above this ststement, then researcher make do reasearcb about " Effecting Kegle Practice for Elderly to Adequate Elimination Urine Requirement in Rumah Usiawan Panti Surya Surabaya. The design that use of this research is " Experimental Pre Quasi " . Sampling from elderly stay in Rumah Usiawan Panti Susya,Surabaya. This sample consist 30 person, selecting sample has done by probability sampling, purposive sampling type. From this sample achievement then make observation disturb compliant to adequate eUmination urine requirement before and after achievement of kegle practice treatment during twice a week for weeks. Colleted data then exploited by using " Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test " statistic test with sensing level p ::: 0,005 . The result of " Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test " the gained difference result by compliant level decreasing before and after achieve kegle practice treatment by a point p = 0,002. With the result that reseach could make a conclusision that elderly who bas achieve kegle practice treatment before and after decreasing disturb comp]jant to adequate urine elimination requirement. It is means kegle practice has a good effect to adequate elimination urine requfrement.
