In year 2000, from the total number of normal delivery, w:1ich was averagely 80-85 patients a month, 35-36 patients required the procedure. To prevent infection, nurses/midwives are required to deliver standardized wound care due to episiotomy according to the fixed procedures available in the hospital. Data were analyzed and deduced by means of Spearman test with p ::: 0.05. Results of analysis revealed p = 0.002 ,1/ith correlation coefficient of r = 0.535, indicating a lower level of correlation. It can be concluded that nurse 's knowledge has correlation with the implementation of wound treatment due to episiotomy in normal delivery.
