Abstract

ABSTRAK Pekerja industri kreatif di Indonesia cenderung memiliki permasalahan dalam kesejahteraan psikologis mereka akibat tekanan kerja dan ketidakpastian yang sering mereka hadapi. . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan tidak langsung antara job insecurity dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada pekerja industri kreatif di Indonesia melalui resiliensi serta hubungan lansgung antara job insecurity dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada pekerja kreatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 204 partisipan dalam bidang industri kreatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Jamovi versi 2.2.5. Hasil analisis menunjukkan job insecurity memiliki pengaruh secara langsung dengan kesejahteraan psikologis secara signifikan dan memiliki efek negatif. Kemudian, melalui indirect effect, dapat diketahui bahwa variabel resiliensi dapat menjelaskan secara tidak langsung hubungan antara job insecurity dengan kesejahteraan psikologis secara signifikan dengan hubungan bersifat negatif. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa resiliensi memediasi parsial antara hubungan job insecurity dan psychological well-being. Kata kunci: Job Insecurity, Kesejahteraan Psikologis, Resiliensi, Industri Kreatif ABSTRACT Workers in Indonesia's creative industries frequently have psychological problems as a result of the stress and uncertainty they encounter on the job. The purpose of this research is to ascertain both the direct and indirect relationships between job insecurity and psychological well-being among creative workers in Indonesia, as well as the latter between job insecurity and resilience. There were 204 creative industry participants in this study. Data analysis was done with version 2.2.5 of the Jamovi software. The findings of the analysis demonstrate that job uncertainty has a detrimental and substantial direct influence on psychological well-being. The association between employment instability and psychological well-being can then be significantly explained by the resilience variable through the indirect impact, with a negative relationship. Thus, it can be concluded that resilience partially mediates the relationship between job insecurity and psychological well-being.
