Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa setelah infeksi virus gumboro, terdapat peningkatan ekspresi caspase 10 di bursa fabrisius ayam pedaging.hewan ayam pedaging sebanyak 50 ekor dengan umur 3 minggu. Perlakuan dengan infeksi virus gumboro digunakan 25 ekor ayan dan 25 ekor lainnya untuk control
