Abstract

Ilafihim Juwariyah The research was aimed to identify the level of PGE2 on blood's between the fracture sheep with unfracture sheep, and the differences of PGE2 between the days of the sample blood was taken. This research used 16 male sheep with two treatments (PO and Pl), PO (control) were the sheep's without fracture treatment with four replicate and Pl were the fracture's sheep's with twelve replicates. The sample of blood from each sheep was taken on the 7, 15 and 30 days after the treatment. Sandwich ELISA method was used to identify the level of PGE2. The obtained data were analyzed with top level univariate test (treatment by level disign) and if there was differences between the treatments, Duncan test was used. The result showed that of PGE2 from fracture sheep's was higher than unfracture sheep's (control). The level of PGE2 from the sample blood was taken, showed that the highest level at the seventh day from fracture treatment.
