Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of giving hepatitis B virus vaccine against the overview of SGPT and SGOT of male rats. This study used 20 male rats as a laboratory animals were divided into four treatment groups, control group namely K that given 0.4 ml phospate buffered saline, treatment one namely PI which was given 0.4 ml hepatitis B virus vaccine formula type I, treatment two namely P2 which was given 0.4 ml hepatitis B virus vaccine formula type 2 and treatment three namely P3 which was given 0.4 ml hepatitis B virus vaccine formula type 3. Examination of SGPT and SGOT with optimized UV test method, analysis of the data used Analysis of Variance. The result of the examination shows that no significant changes in every treatment. In conclusion, there is no changing ofSGPT and SGOT's male rat (Rattus norvegicus) by giving hepatitis B virus vaccine formula .
