Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is currently ranked first cause of death in Indonesia Incidence of Acute Infard Miokard not known for certain, but WHO said approximately 900,000 deaths each year in the world caused by Acute Myocardial Infarction. Physical exercise by early mobilization after Acute Myocardial Infarction can help improve the work of the heart to help achieve the physical health of post-infarct patients in an optimal sign. Purpose of this study to describe the effects of early mobilization in patients after Acute Myocardial Infarction to changes in vital signs. Pre Experiment was used in this research. Population was the patiens post inrafk miokard acute at ICCU RSUD Dr Soetomo. Sample was recruited with Consecutive Sampling from Januari 10-25 2010, consist of 20 respomdnts according the inclusions criteria. Independent variable was early mobilize, dependent variable was changes in vital signs and EGC rhythmi. Observasi and analyzed with paired t-test with level of significance p<O,OI Result showed that given early mobilized increased changes vital sign and ECG rhythm after teen minutes with level significance p=O,OOO means there was differences of vital sign pre and post test. After tweenty minutes showed statistic test with significance level p= 0,163 means not differences of vital sign pre and post test. conclution, early mobilized can be given to post infark rniocard acute to changes vital sign after teen minutes but not rhymthm ECG.Further research should involve large respondents, longer time.
