Abstract

The leadership's style in nursing clinical tramm g will be decide the effectiveness of training implementation in clinic. The styles on the passage above are direction , consultation , participation and delegation. The destination of this research is to analyze the relationship between leadership's style and student's perception on training implementation that dedicated to nursing diploma 's student. The design of this research is cross sectional with the population all clinic's trainer at Swadana hospital in Jomban g city. The sample were taken by total sampling way. The independent variable on this research is leadership ' s style, and dependent variable is student's perception on training implementation . The data collected by questionnaire spread dedicated to clinic' s trainer in order to find out the leadership's style and aJso the questionnaire for student to know the perception on training implementation . This research furthermore analyzed by chi-square statistic with meaning level a < 0,05. The result of this research show in percentages that majority of clinic' s trainers concern with consultation way for their leadership's style (86,7 %) and majority of students say that the clinic's trainer have been performed the clinical training effectively (83,3%). The result of the test show p = 0,000 it means have relation significantly between leadership' s style with student's perception on training implementation . Based on the statement above, if s necessary for clinic·s trainer to keep in certain way the well training method and always keep trying to increase knowledge of clinical training by joint with educational training program
