Abstract

Educative participant conduct study of clinidfield pursuant to target of education and the happening of bahavior change expected by educator. But not rarely educative participant tell its doubt about the general target and the special target which must reach of This mailer because clarification before starting experience clinical learning given without too clear and complete. Besides, clinical education function and role de not be clearing so visible. Design used in this research was descriptive case study; amount of sample 63 people from 75 people of third generation student at B Program PSIK FK Unair pursuant to method of purposive sampling Varieble of research was perseption of student about profession program. Data collected used structure questioners. data which had been gathered was later analy::ed with frequency distribution of is each category. Result of this research was got that responder express stipulating of hospital puskesmas as place executed by profession program was bad counted; role of counselors was bad caunted; allainment of interest for nurSing management was enough counted, children nursing care was enough counted, TJlaternity nurSing care was enough counted. medical surgical nursing was . enough counted. emergency nurSing care was enough counted, psychiatric nursing care was enough counted. community nursing care was enough counted, family nursing care was enough counted. and gerontik nurSing care was enough counted; clinical evaluate system was enough counted. Make-up the quality of nurSing education graduation in PSIK FK UNAIR can be strived by stipulating good clinic practice and supporting. creating professional community environment wich is counductive at hospital, improving role of clinical counselors. specifying allainment of appropriate interest, and also clinical evaluating system
