Abstract
Penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial melalui Undang Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 tentang Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan industrial lebih mencerminkan rasa keadilan bagi pekerja I buruh. Penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial corak baru ini lebih cepat, tepat, murah dan sederhana.
