Abstract
Properti memang bisnis yang luar biasa. Ia mempunyai cakupan usaha yang amat luas sehingga tumbuhnya bisnis properti pada gilirannya akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan terbukanya lapangan kerja. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari kenyataan bahwa tetap terbukanya peluang bisnis properti otomatis memberi peluang terbuka bagi bisnis-bisnis pendukung, seperti konsultan dan ritel properti, riset, pialang, dan agen-agen properti. Selain itu, properti juga berkaitan dengan kesuksesan industri-industri yang turut menopang bisnis ini, seperti industri semen, tegel, cat, besi, beton, paku, kayu, seng, tambang pasir, toko-toko material, bahkan perbankan dan firma hukum akan mendapatk.an ruang usaha lebih leluasa.
